Our goal is to make scheduling quick and hassle-free, helping you avoid any delays. Follow these simple steps to secure your appointment with ease. Visit Our Website
Go to www.miamicapitallending.com and click on “Make an Appointment” in the menu.
Select a Service
Choose the service you need. If you don’t see it, click the “Show More Services” button located mid-page to view additional options.
Choose an Appointment Type
Browse the available options and select the service you require. For example, if you need a mortgage prequalification, click “Prequalification for a Mortgage.”
Select a Mortgage Loan Originator
Use the drop-down list to choose a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) who will assist you.
Pick a Date and Time
Once you’ve selected an MLO, their availability will be displayed on the calendar. Click on your preferred date and time slot.
Enter Your Information
Scroll down to “Add Your Details” and provide the following:
- Full Name
- Email Address (A verification code will be sent here, so ensure you have access.)
- Phone Number
If you’re a realtor booking on behalf of a client, please include your client’s name, email, and phone number in the “Add any special requests” section.
Confirm Your Appointment
Click “Book.” An email will be sent to you, and a “Verify Your Email” window will appear.
Verify Your Email
Check your inbox for the verification code and enter it in the designated field. Once verified, you’ll receive a confirmation email with appointment details and an option to reschedule if needed.
